If you are a ZSentry Premium user, contact us about training for
your IT staff to provide in-house support for this application. BETA INVITATION: This is an invitation for you to use ZSentry OpenPGP while it is in BETA testing. We hope your feedback can help us make sure that ZSentry OpenPGP works well for everyone. If you wish to participate, please follow the instructions below and send a message our IT staff requesting that we enable the OpenPGP Skin for your use. After you are authorized, all you need to is select the OpenPGP Skin through the ZSentry App > Dashboard > Control.Please visit this page soon — if you do not see this warning, then ZSentry OpenPGP is no longer in BETA test. You Do Not Yet Have A ZSentry Account: (if you do, skip the next two items)
1.1. Choose Name and Email Address: Choose your email identifiers, for example with
Name="Joe Smith" and Address="Joe@smith.com". Both identifiers will be used in the authenticated 'From' when sending secure emails.
You must own or legitimately use them and have access to the corresponding Inbox. You can use a gmail, yahoo, or
hotmail account, or (more likely) use your organization's domain name.
1.2. Sign Up: To register your Name and
Email Address with ZSentry, click Signup and select an option. Next, you will choose your ZSentry Password (with 8 or more characters, case-sensitive). You will receive online your Return Code (for anti-phishing protection) and
by email your ZSentry Usercode (with 6 characters). Initialize Account:
1.3. Login and Activate Account: You must login with your ZSentry Usercode and Password. This will also activate your ZSentry account, if you have not done so yet. Login using ZSentry App Check your INBOX for a message from zsentry.com with the [ZMAIL INFO] tag in the Subject, containing your PASS and link to finalize the setup for sending zmails using Gmail or Google Apps. Spam filters may place the message into your SPAM or BULK email folder. After you receive the PASS: Choose A Platform For Sending ZSentry Messages (ZSentry messages can be read using any platform)
