We take all comments as valuable user observations. We are always looking for ways to make ZSentry the best that
it can be for our senders and recipients, and the most important part of that
is hearing experience from people like you.
You requested an account reset, and may have had difficulties with your login. To
login you need your ZSentry Usercode and Password. ZSentry does not have, store, or know your Usercode or
Password.
How can I find my Usercode? Look in your INBOX (also JUNK or SPAM folders) for an email from zsentry.com
when you signed up (or last reset your account). That email has your Usercode with six characters and numbers
for login (you created your ZSentry Password).
I am typing everything right but I cannot login.
Please use the Peek hotlink in each login screen, to verify that what you are typing
for Usercode and Password is exactly what they should be. The Password is CaSe sEnSiTivE. Make
sure that the CAPS LOCK key is not on.
I still cannot login.
Restarting your web browser (preferred: Firefox or Safari) may solve the problem.
You may also need to restart your computer. Otherwise, if you still cannot login,
or forgot your Password, submit the form below to request a RESET.
